I finally have a free minute!
So, I won the pre-show meet & greets, but I had work that morning. I left work around 2 so that I could be on the road by 2:30. I figured it would take an hour to get there on 95 south. I hit SO MUCH TRAFFIC. My GPS took me some random way that got me to Route 1. I was on the phone the entire ride there letting my friends in line know I was on my way and that I would be late (I needed to arrive between 3:45 and 4 for the m&g). They let the people there know that I was running late and they said that it was fine and that even if I was a few minute late they'd let me in.
So.. I got there and they sent me to the end of the m&g line where I made new friends. When I got to the table I said, "Okay.. I don't know which one of you guys re-tweeted me the other week.. but I'm the girl who tweeted that I needed convincing to go to this show and I need to explain myself. This is my first weekend as a 21 year old and I was going to go out but chose this instead."
They thought that was awesome and high-fived me. (I got zero hugs this tour. Bummer, but I know they were super pressed for time since the venue double booked, so I can wait for the next tour.) Jason even wrote #21 on my poster. =] I thought that was hilarious and didn't even notice until a friend of mine pointed it out.
After that, I went to the bathroom since I sucked down a water on the way to the venue. Then, since the drive was so stressful, I went over to get a drink at the bar. After I got my drink (Diet coke & Captain) I turned to go back to my place at the stage and guess who is walking past me? Those four gentlemen we all know and love! I said hi and pointed to my drink and said that it was my birthday drink. They laughed and Mike touched my arm. Haha. (That sounds weird.. but it was like.. idk. It was cool.) Then, as I was walking through the floor, Alex walked past me and I held my drink up to him and laughed, too. It was so funny.
From there I finished my drink and went to the merch table to pre-order my EP and my friend's EP so we could get post-show m&g pictures.
The show was awesome, duh. Afterwards, I went out to the merch table again so I could meet Katelyn & Action Item. Right before I got a picture with Anthony, the security said that if we hadn't gotten our pictures yet, then we had to go in now and get them. So, I turned around and went to go back in where the staff and a police officer said I couldn't go in. I was crestfallen. I argued my way in and they let me get in line. It was going to be my first photo with the boys! I had to get it. I was so nervous but I was like, "Your security JUST sent me over. I have not gotten my picture yet and I have a wristband." The police officer was like "You better not be lying to me" and the women working were rude. I think they were annoyed that it was all taking so long, but it's their problem! They're the ones who decided to double book bands that night. They finally let me back in and I got my picture!
It was so awesome! I'm so happy to have one, finally. I met awesome people in line and the boys wished me a happy birthday again. It's funny because Andy, Jason and I are all wearing flannel in the photo. It's borderline obnoxious. Haha.
From there I went outside and got to get my picture with Anthony and I chatted some more with Action Item. When the guys came out after I decided that a photo with them was enough. I have met them so many times and seen them perform so many times, I feel blessed enough. A lot of people didn't get their pictures because of security, and I figured they deserved to have their time with the boys - I got to see them a lot that night - and I decided to just yell Goodbye and head on out! Haha.
So yeah. That was long. And not eloquent. But yeah. That was my night. =]

Im so glad you had fun Jill The Boston show was awesome for me i have some awesome memories for example Andy read my letter and now they all call me by my first and last name. lol. Andy told me something that almost made me cry regarding the letter i wrote them im going to take his advice and believe him. He hugged me before i took my pic w. them. Then they all said see you in nyc. Then i went and chilled with action item then the gents came out again and i hung with them and had some great laughs. The boston show was great. The NYC show was amazing like one of the best concerts ive been too ever. I also made a lot of friends and great memories.
